The stylish VoomPC-2™ automotive (car, boat, electric cart) enclosure is a small, rugged carPC /carputer enclosure designed to work in harsh environments, such as high dust and high temperatures. The VoomPC™ carPC/carputer enclosure was designed to work with any type of mini-ITX motherboard (6.7" x 6.7" / 170mm x 170mm) from fanless configurations such as VIA mini-ITX, Pentium or low power Pentium-M processors. This CarPC/carputer enclosure is specifically designed to work with the M2-ATX and the M2-ATX-HV automotive power supply series.
The VoomPC-2™ CarPC/carputer enclosure can accept a SlimCD drive and a 2.5" hard drives, mounted on sillicone rubber shock-mounts.
Recommended mini-ITX board is the Intel D945GCLF series. The VoomPC™ series enclosure + M2-ATX + Intel mini-ITX boards makes the perfect carPC/carputer combination and provides the lowest cost carPC solution to date. Please visit our CarPC Kits category for great deals!
