Our goal is to ship all orders within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of payment. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges can be determined by adding the products to your shopping cart, entering shipping destination and then update cart to view shipping method options and costs.
Please note the following:
- We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders
- We are not able to cancel orders once shipped
- USPS has no delivery on Sunday and US Holidays
- UPS has no delivery on Weekends and US Holidays
We can ship using your UPS or Fedex account. Please contact us if you want us to use your account instead.
For orders with FREE shipping, we will ship either with UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail -- whichever is lowest priced.
Because UPS does not ship to APO, PO Boxes, we may contact you and ask for a street address
International shipping charges do not include import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. The buyer is considered the importer of record and it is your responsibility to check with local customs agency about fees and regulations before purchasing.
Please note that customs clearance times vary by country. We recommend that you check with your local post office or customs agency in case the shipment has arrived and is awaiting action by you.
Please note that shipping to the following countries is very slow and require at least Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping:

- All Central and South American Countries
Insurance is required for all orders over $100.00 and highly recommended on all purchases. Once we leave the merchandise to USPS or UPS, it is no longer in our hands and we cannot take responsibility for what happens after that.
Insurance claims may take up to 30 days for USA orders and 60 days for International orders before we can issue a refund.
For US shipments, delivery confirmation/tracking number is automatically emailed to you when your shipment is processed. You can check the status of your package at:
