We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number valid for 14 days. Please include the RMA# on the outside of your shipment back to us. Without an issued RMA#, your return will not be accepted and returned to sender. Once we receive your return, we will process it as promptly as possible.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. It is recommended that you insure your shipment – lost and/or damaged item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We will pay shipping on replacement item(s) going back.
All returns will be inspected and tested before a replacement or refund is granted. Items have to be returned in original conditions and complete (all accessories and manuals included). We will not exchange or refund item(s) defective due to misuse or external factors beyond our control.

Most of our products carry a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty. We will gladly exchange the product within the warranty period. The warranty is void if there is evidence of misuse or modification by the customer.
